We aim to dispatch all items from the warehouse within 1 business day (Mon-Fri).

Once dispatched, below is an approximate guide to shipping times:

Your Tickets are delivered separately from any other items you may order, directly from our ticketing partner Crowdsurge, usually 2-4 weeks before the event.

Your download links are on the order confirmation page and emailed to you immediately, or in the case of Preorders, emailed to you on the release day of the product.

Tickets: When will my tickets be delivered?

Except where stated (e.g. eTickets), Tickets sold on the store are delivered and supported by Crowdsurge separately from other items you may purchase. Generally Crowdsurge dispatch tickets around 2-4 weeks before the show – i.e. as soon as the show’s promoter supply the tickets to them. Once tickets have been dispatched by Crowdsurge they will usually send you a Dispatch Confirmation via email.

If the event is less than 5 days away and you still have not received any Dispatch Confirmation email then please contact Crowdsurge via their Support Page with any ticket enquiries.

As tickets sold on the store are delivered and supported by Crowdsurge separately from other items you may purchase, please note the main store Customer Services team contactable via the Contact Us link beneath the FAQ answers here will not be able to help you with any Ticket issues - you will need to contact Crowdsurge directly via their Support Pages.
